This policy describes data handling for V4 Flash Report. The site uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, Plausible for privacy-friendly traffic measurement, OpenRouter to provide the optional free chat, and Adsterra for advertising.
Information handled by the site
The publication does not currently offer user accounts, login, comments, or direct payment. It does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information.
The hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address, device and browser information, requested URL, timestamp, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.
Free chat and abuse prevention
When you use the free chat, your prompt and recent text conversation are sent through our Cloudflare Worker to OpenRouter and the model provider selected to serve DeepSeek V4 Flash. Do not enter passwords, API keys, private source code, medical records, or other sensitive information. Review OpenRouter's privacy policy for its current practices.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks each chat request for automated abuse. We also convert the requesting IP address into a one-way hash and store a short-lived daily message counter in Cloudflare KV. The counter is used to enforce free-use limits; we do not place the raw IP address in that counter. Cloudflare may still process the IP and security signals as part of normal delivery and Turnstile operation.
Plausible measures aggregate site usage and records named interactions such as sending a free chat message or clicking the “Get more credits” button. Prompt text and chat responses are not included in those analytics events.
Advertising and cookies
Production pages contain Adsterra advertising. Adsterra and its partners may use cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, and similar technologies to select, deliver, measure, and prevent abuse of advertisements. Review Adsterra's privacy policy and cookies policy for its current disclosures.
You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking advertising or tracking technologies may change which ads appear but should not prevent access to the editorial content.
